We understand that many parents using our services wish to book regular lessons without having to visit our portal every couple of weeks. Recurring lessons give parents the option of booking lessons for Kinder to Year 12 on a set schedule in advance without having to manually schedule these lessons.
Worried about lessons occurring on holidays or public holidays? Don't be! Lessons can still be cancelled and/or rescheduled on request. Tutors may also offer their services on a public holiday or during the school break!
See instructions below!
2. Category, Timeslot and Lessons
After selecting the subject category and timeslot of the lessons you wish to book, select the number of bookings you wish to purchase every 4 weeks. Please keep in mind that the amount of lessons chosen will repeat over the course of the year.
For example, purchasing 4 lessons here will allow you to book 1 lesson per week recurring, whilst booking 8 will allow for 2 lessons per week with that tutor.
3. Toggle the Recurring Buy feature.
Enabling this feature will automatically book and schedule the same lessons every 4 weeks. Payment will be automatically debited from your wallet balance.
4. Schedule your lessons (4 weeks)
Schedule these lessons, once again keeping in mind that the pattern of booking will repeat every four weeks.
For example, by booking 4 lessons and scheduling these lessons every Tuesday at 4:30pm, parents can maintain a 4-week cyclic booking pattern on Tuesdays at 4:30pm throughout the year.
5. Pay for the lessons
As usual, parents should then make a payment for the lessons just booked through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
6. Recharging your wallet
Important! The payment cycle, which occurs every 4 weeks, will deduct the associated cost from your wallet. If your wallet does not have the funds for the next cycle, your subscription-based booking will end. Therefore, it is important that parents regularly top-up their wallet or add enough money in their wallet to cover multiple 4-week periods. Click here to top up your wallet, then click 'Recharge Wallet'.
